With 12 years of working experience that includes roles in Customer Service and Administration, and jobs as a Purchasing Assistant and Medical Assistant, I have been exposed to various business operations and have a good understanding of Customer Service. I started as a Procurement Secretary and Purchasing Assistant in a Japanese Manufacturing Company in both Philippines and Singapore in which I provided exceptional Customer Service for 5 years.
In 2019, I became a Medical Assistant. While working, I pursued and studied Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and got my certification in 2021. I work and specialize in both clinical and administrative roles. Though I have different working experiences from my past and present career, I still enjoy and love what I do. I took a different career path, but I maintain the same objective and goal: to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in every company I work.
I am a certified clinical medical assistant and certified phlebotomy technician with 6 years of clinical experience. I am also a certified clinical medical assistant instructor and certified phlebotomy technician instructor, helping pave the way for the future of healthcare. I have proficiency in a variety of skills that range from taking vital signs and phlebotomy to EKG procedures and administering injections and medications.
